April is Stress Awareness Month, and as we all know, stress can often take a toll on both your physical and mental health. Sometimes stressors can be controlled, but when they can’t be, it’s best to learn how to let go of that stress and instead control your reaction.
To help you relax, try reading a book, having a cup of tea, spending time with friends and loved ones, or meditating. Physical activities like walking, working out, participating in a sport or yoga can also help relieve stress.
