Saliba’s is scheduling staff members to visit some of the communities we serve to gain a better understanding of the logistics associated with long-term care pharmacy. Last month, Nurse Account Manager Lora Reynolds accompanied Amanda Alexander and Wilmer Ayala to Brookdale North Scottsdale, where they met Executive Director Nicole Southey, observed a medication pass in action and watched the delivery check-in process. Gaining exposure to this perspective of long-term care pharmacy is beneficial to our employees, as it allows them to fully understand how all of our roles contribute to the overall services we provide our customers. Through this experience, our mission to ‘help the caregiver’ and continue providing world class service is reinforced.
