This month, we focus on Nancy Williams, one of our Nurse Account Managers based in our pharmacy in Phoenix.
Nancy is a Nurse Account Manager at our Phoenix location. With more than 30 years of experience in patient care as a registered nurse, Nancy has served in a variety of roles during her career in clinical and educational settings.
By combining professional experience and compassion, Nancy is able to connect with caregivers and residents on a personal level to provide a superior level of service to our communities. Nancy’s specializes in coaching, patient and community education, quality assurance, medication audits, and in-services. Her expertise in understanding the clinical environment and the needs of patients allows her to effectively collaborate with our communities and provide a great customer experience.
Prior to joining Saliba’s, Nancy held a nursing position at Premise Health/USAA Occupational Health Clinic, where she provided clinical services along with education for the health center.
She received her BSN from the Grand Canyon College (AZ) and is active in community healthcare events.
