John Saliba’s annual tradition of expressing appreciation for his staff on Valentine’s Day continues in 2025.
This practice began years ago when the pharmacy had just 7 employees, and now we are proud to have nearly 300 team members. Each year, John takes the time to craft personal messages to every employee, acknowledging their unique contributions to our success.
This year brought some exciting changes to the gifts: every employee received a handwritten note along with a box of chocolates. Additionally, bouquets of red roses adorned the pharmacy, inviting each team member to take a rose home for themselves or their loved one.
At the core of Saliba’s mission statement is the commitment to cultivate a fantastic workplace, and both John and the leadership team deeply value the ongoing contributions of every employee.
