Recently, Lora Reynolds, one of our nurse account managers, contacted the customer service department during a training session with a med tech at one of our communities. The med tech was nervous about contacting the pharmacy directly about a list of medications that needed refills. Monica guided the med tech through the process, including checking with a pharmacist to resolve a refill issue. Due to Monica’s excellent customer service, she put the customer at ease and helped them feel confident in calling the pharmacy for any future needs that might arise.
Monica makes it all look so effortless by solving customer problems quickly and easily, but this comes from her understanding that making it easy for the customer is the very definition of world-class service.
