Empowering our managers to plan employee events allows them to foster engagement and fun at work while showing appreciation for our wonderful team members! Our May “Employee Engagement Experience” is a movie-themed month. Already this month, we’ve had a movie playing in our breakroom every Friday with candy, prizes and scavenger hunts. Later this month, we will even have a popcorn truck event.
