Catalina Village, one of the new communities serviced by our Saliba’s Tucson pharmacy, recently had their first Cycle Fill check-in. Adriana Moreno, our Tucson marketing director, went onsite to teach the staff at Catalina Village how easy it is to check-in their Cycle Fill using scanners. She also provided training on how to create a medication report in QuickMAR. Cassie, the director of care, was excited to learn about this tool and was very pleased with the support provided to her and the Saliba’s community and staff.
Saliba’s Cycle-Fill program automatically sends residents’ medications to their community on a regular basis. This reduces the time for medication reordering and increases the time caregivers can spend with their residents.
