Our core purpose is ‘helping the caregiver.’ During this pandemic, our caregivers have been on the front lines, caring for those who are most vulnerable to the serious effects of the new coronavirus. They come into work each day, putting their own health at risk, to give hands-on care to people. They must stand strong with people they have grown to deeply care about as they get very sick and sometimes die from COVID-19. There has never been a greater need for us to exercise compassion, our core value, when it comes to these brave caregivers we have committed to serve.
