Our employees come into work each day with a positive mindset knowing that the work they are doing is important to the lives of our residents and caregivers in our communities. In an effort to keep essential employees engaged and spirits high, Saliba’s hosted an egg hunt at both the Tucson and Phoenix pharmacy locations.
Jennifer Slusser, nurse account manager in Tucson, thought that an egg hunt would be a great way to show our appreciation for our wonderful employees. She helped plan and execute the event in Tucson and Phoenix earlier this month.
The eggs were filled with notes listing treats. Each employee was allowed one colored egg. There were also gold eggs hidden throughout both pharmacies that had larger prizes. The event sparked a spring atmosphere and really elevated employee morale! It was also a small way to thank our employees for displaying our core values of enthusiasm, compassion and dedication during this unprecedented time.
