This month, we would like to focus the spotlight on Jan Meirick, our Marketing Director.
ABOUT JAN: Jan has served as the director of marketing for Saliba’s for more than 16 years. She oversees the marketing team and the community base in our Phoenix and Tucson locations. Jan is a registered nurse with an extensive background in health care management, policy and patient health. She specializes in providing care and compassion for our patients as well as administering invaluable education and compliance to our communities.
Jan’s diverse background includes serving as the director of assisted living at Hawthorn Court as well as positions with increased responsibility in nursing homes and hospital settings. Jan is involved with several organizations, including Leading Age, Arizona Healthcare Association, Argentum Senior Living, Arizona Living Foundation of America and the Assisted Living Nurses Association.
Jan’s approach to building and maintaining relationships with our current communities centers on “Helping the Caregiver.” Jan is an expert at identifying issues and finding solutions that resolve them quickly and efficiently. She works hard, collaborating with our customers to provide world-class service to caregivers and residents.
